THE BRIEF

Peninsula Hot Springs is an award-winning geothermal hot springs and day spa based on the Mornington Peninsula. I worked with the PHS team to articulate their tone of voice – the what they say, and how they say it direction, for each and everyone of their experiences. This was a mammoth task, involving extensive consultation with their executive team and key staff.

I presented a series of workshops to encourage staff’s involvement in rolling out new direction, and we produced a video for new staff recruitment as well. The organisation values it’s narrative and how it communicates with clients, which made this an invigorating project to work on,

I wrote and edited all website copy, liaising with the Marketing team on a regular basis for project check-ins. Recently I worked with the team again to develop copy for a new experience and product description and packaging copy for clay therapy products.
