THE BRIEF

Bellarine Bayside Committee of Management covers the coastal reserve from Point Richards in Portarlington to Edwards Point in St Leonards. The Bellarine Bayside Committee is responsible for the planning, management, care and protection of the assets and Crown land along 17 kilometres of foreshore. While they were a significant destination for holidays makers and park users, their communications were adhoc and in need of focussed directions. I worked with a culture and change consultant to conduct audits and discussion papers to move forward with critical communications actions. This was a 10-week project involving site visits, staff workshops and meetings, data analysis, partnership development and a comprehensive audit of all communications.
