SEO website copywriting, tone of voice guidelines
Compass Medical group had a website wireframe and images good to go but no copy to present their personality or offering. I worked with the team to create their tone of voice, brand story, service offering and SEO website copy. The organisation had several international staff who felt nervous about being interviewed for testimonials and their career offerings. I put them at ease with introductory emails and phone conversations. The organisation had never collated patient testimonials before – I developed their review request email to quickly gather testimonials to enhanced website copy.
Part of the copywriting brief was to attract staff for recruitment. I workshopped their employment benefits with their staff to articulate the organisations value.
