Communications strategy
THE BRIEF
focus NDIS is a respected Mornington Peninsula organisation providing valued care and support to people living with a disability. Over their 45 year history they had developed a number of communications tools, many of which were no longer as relevant to current clients. The organisation was challenged with time and resources to analysis their activities, and make informed decision for new directions to better serve their clients and ensure they reflected messages relating to NDIS changes.
I coordinated, researched and wrote comprehensive review or all communications assets, an audit of key messages and target communities, a partnership and PR plan and an action strategy for new website and Facebook page.
The process involved extensive consultation with staff, executive presentation and a 30 page written report with action chart.
The focus team do great things for the community, it was an honour to help shine a spotlight on their services.

- Clear and personal content which engages the community on Facebook and has increased the organisation’s visual presence
