THE BRIEF

Lively Living is a respected Australian online retail business in the essential oil and accessories market. During COVID they recognised interest in their product for home office and remote schooling aroma-care was increasing and were challenged with regularly developing relevant content.   The company wanted to better serve potential and existing customers with information that was relevant and in touch with troubling times.

I coordinated, researched and wrote a blog series that addressed topical wellbeing and home aromatherapy care and ensured latest products were integrated and highlighted.

The process involved regular client liaison, phone meetings, researching topical media issues, ensuring that any greenwashing claims were avoided so as not to compromise customer safety and brand integrity. 

 As a long time aromatherapy user, I enjoyed representing my own lived experiences and ensuring my content was helpful and factual. 

 

THE OUTCOME

  • A streamlined proposal to client for blog themes set during the pandemic 
  • A professionally written series of blogs with focussed calls to action and SEO headlines
  • Client reported signficant visitation to website with new customers clicking through from blog and purchasing product 
  • Client enjoyed the variety of content to enhance social media content
