The Zine people have spoken! I’m bringing back my popular TeenZine workshops for teens

Come write and design your own zine with me.

Thanks to Mornington Peninsula Shire for their Creative Economy Grant support, I’m hosting a free Teen zine-making workshop for Mornington Peninsula youth.

What’s the workshop all about?

This writing/designing workshop taps into self-expression and helps you capture the story of you, or is the perfect platform for things you want to say.

A zine, pronounces ‘zeen’ are a homemade publication, a unique mini magazine. Zines are handmade publications that can become a one-off collector’s item, or a new creative outlet. They’re affordable and FREE to make, and fun to swap and collect too. Once you start zine-ing, it’s hard to stop! And you might even find a new tribe to hang with at  Y Lounge Youth Centre, Rosebud.

What do I need and who can attend?

This is a youth focussed TeenZine making workshop from 13 – 18 years old. Lunch and art gear will be supplied – just sign up with the Y Lounge crew here

OR give them a call on Tel (03) 5986 3585 for more info.
