Surviving and thriving, adapting and engaging

As 2020 and 2021 has slammed so many freelance consultants like me, I am reflective of the milestones and focus it takes in small business to survive.

This month I’m celebrating 12 years of rolling up the shirt sleeves and developing creative copywriting, targeted communication strategies, and engaging content plans that connect. And there’s also a tonne of wonderful workshops to help turn on storytelling lightbulbs.

This milestone is made even more special thanks to meaningful conversations, inspiring clients, and community initiatives that change lives.

I have nothing but gratitude and endlessly more words to shape and offer up.

Times haven’t been all that rosy for those of us who have taken a hit during the pandemic though, and funding assistance has helped stabilise businesses like mine.

Thank you to the Mornington Peninsula Shire for awarding me a Business online initiative to support my website and e-commerce developments and personal development.
I look forward to making my website and all online communications accessible and inclusive to all audiences and abilities. In 2022 I will be producing affordable and accessible workbooks for nfpo’s and small businesses to help them gain confidence and clarity in their own communications, as well as individuals looking to capture their own legacy stories. An exciting year ahead!

Let’s give your business, association or content a hand too with tools and expertise that connects with you readers. My writing door is open for business!
